There are two pillows on the bed, soft and a bit hard. I liked having such alternatives. Air conditioner in the room was enough to get warm in the room (in the middle of December). It is free of charge to have tea and coffee in the breakfast area. There are two metro stations nearby as well as backery, supermarket etc.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and nice to speak with. I also liked how well the cleaners cleaned the rooms. I had no complaints whatsoever. Honestly, I was really impressed. The room was small but space was used well. I liked that water was free downstairs. Lastly, I decided to book another night last minute and they accomodated me well. I would stay there again.

It was one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept on! The amenities were also very satisfactory, and the room and bathroom were clean. The area seemed very calm yet central, with good connections to the public transportation network.

Quiet place to stay. Very close to restaurants, bakery mini market and of course M12 metro station and bus. Safe area. The staff is very friendly and accurate. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Great bed. Also you have three kinds of water to drink from at the lobby. I wish l could stay longer but it was a matter of time. I would stay there again. If you want to visit Paris and be in a quiet place but close to everything this is the place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Izzy during my first solo visit to Paris & I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, jazzy accommodation, and attention to detail that made my stay truly memorable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable & perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt and efficient service throughout my stay, their professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable - every single member of staff I met whilst staying there was always ready to assist with any requests or queries, making me feel like a valued guest & considering my French language was very poor I commend all of them for translating what I was saying. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated & the bed was comfortable - the attention to detail in the room's design was evident. I had a bath tub and shower, let me say the shower was awesome. The area is very quiet and the location is a 5 minute walk to the Metro (line 12) which is a great connection line for getting around Paris. In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Izzy was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking a decent boutique hotel experience. I really am looking forward to returning on my next visit.

The staff was incredible, spoke excellent english and was very welcoming and helpful with every question we had. The rooms were smaller (that was to be expected) but were very clean and comfortable (had blackout curtains!). The hotel was quiet apart from the occasional door slam when people left their rooms which again is to be expected. We were a bit worried about the distance from the main sights but the metro station is located nearby and using it was very intuitive. The hotel is located in good area, we felt safe even when returning after dark.

Great location (supermarkets, restaurants etc. in walking distance) and although we couldn’t book a parking space via booking.com they did have a parking garage and with an extra fee they provided us with parking which was great! the rooms are comfortable and clean. can only recommit be stay there.

The room is clean and neat. Double bed is comfortable. If the guy is tall and strong, single bed may not be suitable. I love the breakfast, the yogurt, fresh juice, ham, cheese, everything. Coffee and soda near the front desk is free for guest. The location is also good as there is supermarket, pharmacy, Chinese food, cafe and metro near by. And the hotel employee is very nice and helpful.

The Personal was quite helpful & Patient, the breakfest was very tasty, the bed was very comfy, they had good refreshing water, there was good cooling, & the room din't need any extra ligthing at day, cuz it came more then enough light trough the Windows.
